These Terms & Conditions govern the Richphl platform ("Site" or "Platform") governs all terms of use. Richphl refers to the website https://richphl-baji.com and its mobile application.

The table below defines key terms used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register on Richphl, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Information Updates: If any personal details (name, mobile number, address) change, please update your account promptly.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawing above a certain amount. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required.
• Account Security: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Richphl Support immediately.

Participation on Richphl For users aged 18 and above only. Registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use Richphl:

• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Those who have voluntarily enrolled in Richphl's Self-Exclusion program.
• Richphl employees, contractors, and their immediate family members.

The following policies apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on Richphl:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, the cash-out option may be used if available.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Richphl reserves the right to void the affected bets or recalculate them at the correct odds.
• Match Result: Bets are settled based on official results from internationally recognised sports governing bodies.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Each market has a maximum bet limit. VIP members enjoy higher limits.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on Richphl. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific conditions, which will be stated on the relevant offer page.

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one deposit bonus can be active at a time. Cashback and referral bonuses, however, operate independently.
• Wagering Requirements: A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering amount for each bonus is detailed on its respective offer page.
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When playing with bonus balance, a maximum stake of ৳500 per bet applies.

• Cashback Bonus: Cashback for Platinum and Diamond VIP members is completely wagering-free. For all other tiers, a maximum wagering requirement of 1x applies.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Intimidating, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other members.
• Involvement in gaming fraud, collusion, or match fixing.
• Using Richphl for money laundering or processing illegal funds.

Richphl believes gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming and are committed to helping members build healthy gaming habits.

The following responsible gaming tools are available on Richphl:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Session Time Limit: A maximum time limit can be set for each gaming session.
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications appear at set intervals to remind you of your playing time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Accounts can be suspended for a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: For a long-term break from gaming, you can close your account for a period of 6 months or permanently.

• Member's own Self-Exclusion request.

Any valid balance remaining after account closure will be refunded following identity verification; however, funds will be forfeited in cases of fraud.

2. Step Two: A dedicated specialist will review your complaint within 48 hours.
3. Step Three: A final decision will be communicated within 7 business days.
4. Appeal: If you are unsatisfied with a decision, you will have the option to appeal to an independent dispute resolution body.

Richphl reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, for significant changes:

• Members will be notified by email at least 14 days before any changes come into effect.
• A notification will be displayed on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect.
